1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Viboo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Viboo is a content platform where creators can upload and monetize digital content (images, videos) on a pay-per-view basis. Payments are processed using USDC on the Solana blockchain. The Platform takes a 12% fee on each transaction; creators receive 88%.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Viboo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet. Viboo is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

5. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Viboo a license to display, distribute, and process your content as necessary to operate the Platform. You may not upload content that:

• Depicts minors in any context
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
• Violates any applicable law
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains threats, harassment, or doxxing

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. USDC transactions on Solana are irreversible by nature. Creators receive payment instantly via atomic split transactions. Viboo does not hold creator funds at any point. Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before unlocking content.

7. Expiring Content

Content marked as "Flash" will be permanently deleted after its expiration period. This deletion is irreversible. Unlocks for expired content will no longer provide access.

8. Limitation of Liability

Viboo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of funds due to blockchain transactions, wallet security issues, or content disputes between users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, all content and data is permanently removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
